INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Notice sets out what data we hold and use for
the purposes of supporting organisations with General Data Protection
Regulation [GDPR] and directly relevant issues including e-Privacy, Information
Security. We take privacy and security of your information seriously and will
only use such personal information as set out in this privacy policy.

Our webpages contain links to other sites whose information
practices may differ from ours. If you should visit such third party sites, you
should ensure that you review the appropriate privacy notices as we have no
control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third

WHO WE ARE
The “organisation” is a collaboration between Tim Rogers (Adapt
Consulting) , Association of Jersey Charities and Jersey Community Partnership for
the purposes of supporting organisations with General Data Protection
Regulation [GDPR] and directly relevant issues including e-Privacy, Information
Security.
WHERE AND WHEN WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
Association of Jersey Charities and Jersey Community
Partnership both old membership information and you can contact them directly
about these.
None of this data is shared with Tim Rogers (Adapt
Consulting), instead emails going out to members or coming in from Association
of Jersey Charities or Jersey Community Partnership remain with the respective organisation.
People are encouraged to contact Tim Rogers (Adapt
Consulting) by email if they need any help. In such circumstance their details
are held only for the purposes of the correspondence. Tim Rogers (Adapt
Consulting) retention is generally one year, with redundant documents purged, or
archived off-line from processing annually at the beginning of each year.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND USE
In the course of correspondence we may note your name,
email-address, organisation and information relevant to your correspondence.
No data is shared between Tim Rogers (Adapt Consulting), Association of Jersey Charities and Jersey
Community Partnership.
Any correspondence published on the GDPR Q&A website is anonymised
to inform readers of common issues and guidance, without revealing any
information about the correspondent.
On occasion that a correspondent may seek advice which is
best given by a third-party (for example a specialist in IT Security) we will
put them in touch with each-other.
DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
None of this data is shared with Tim Rogers (Adapt
Consulting), instead emails going out to members or coming in from Association
of Jersey Charities or Jersey Community Partnership remain with the respective organisation.
Exceptions are
If ACJ, JCP or Tim Rogers (Adapt Consulting) cc’d in emails
in correspondence.

DATA SECURITY
We use up-to-date data storage and security techniques to
protect your personal information from unauthorised access, improper use or
disclosure, unauthorised modification or unlawful destruction or accidental

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We do not transfer data out of the European Economic Area
(“EEA”).

[eg applications for documents, email, webpages, back-up etc.] some personal
data may be processed in (including being accessed in or stored in) a country
or territory outside your home country, including outside the European Economic
Area (“EEA”).
Where we transfer data to another jurisdiction, which does
not offer the same level of protection of personal data as may be enjoyed
within your home country, we will ensure that your data is appropriately

We do not use cookies. You are anonymous on websites of Tim
Rogers (Adapt Consulting). Association of Jersey Charities and Jersey Community
